Acceptance of Terms
This page is operated by Ripples Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U74899DL1994PTC058805), incorporated 05 May 1994 at ROC Delhi, with its factory at C-119, Hosiery Complex, Phase 2 Extn., Noida. By using this page or submitting an enquiry through it, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Scope of This Page
This page exists so that a prospective client can enquire about a multimedia or musical fountain project. It is a summary of our work, not a catalogue, a price list, or an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on it forms a contract.
Enquiries and Show Concepts
An enquiry submitted through this page receives a reply the same day. Your first show concept is produced from the details in your enquiry and from our past designs, and is presented after the first call, with no commitment attached on either side. Concepts are shown in person or through a video link that stays live for a limited time. Design and engineering are delivered within 7 days of an agreement to work together, and that period starts at agreement, not at first contact.
Site Information You Provide
Concepts are built from what you send us: site photographs, the location of the site, and the type of water body. You confirm that you are entitled to share that material with us and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. A concept can only be as accurate as the site information behind it.
Intellectual Property
All content on this page, including project photography, show film, text and layout, belongs to Ripples Engineering Pvt. Ltd. or is used with permission, and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written consent. Show concepts, design material and engineering drawings prepared for you remain our property. Full engineering drawings are proprietary and are shared only after a contract is in place.
Delivered Project Records
Project figures shown on this page, including installation dimensions, commissioning dates and contracted operation and maintenance terms, describe projects as delivered. They are a record of completed work, not a specification or a guarantee of the outcome of any other project. What your project involves is set out in your own proposal and contract.
Availability and Third Party Services
This page is provided as it stands. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. The page relies on third party hosting, database, analytics and advertising measurement services, and their availability is outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
